My mom and I purchased a home from Wind River in November 2019. They were incredibly accommodating, we had some very special needs, my mom is 95 and I wanted to keep her at home with me. Wind River completely changed the floor plan and made special accommodations for her needs. The office has always been very responsive to my calls for assistance even after our warranty had passed. As for Sam Labbe our agent for this purchase, I must say he is the best agent we have ever dealt with, honest, funny, thoughtful! Give these folks a chance and you won't be sorry!

Looked at homes here, the homes are very beautiful and you can tell everything is high quality. These homes are a great price for what you are getting and the staff was very nice and helpful, they made sure I knew all the extras I was getting. I have a friend who moved into one of these homes and she loves it.

Wind River Homes was extremely helpful, professional, and quick. They gave me a deadline of July 15 and finished a whole week earlier. They allowed me to change the floor plan and accessories as long as there was time. they were always available and answered all of my questions quickly. Over all a great experience building a house with them
